46歳出産への道のり【その9 でっかいポリープ】　[妊娠・出産] [編集]

今日はちょっと涼しいですね。

いや、充分暑いのですが、ここ数日の異常な暑さに比べたら今日は
「あー。夏ってこんな感じだったね〜」って懐かしさを感じる暑さ。
しばらくこんな感じなのかな？
皆さんも体調にはくれぐれもお気をつけくださいね。
疲れてる時は無理せずに。水分補給は喉が渇くまえにこまめに！ですよ〜

さて、その8からの続きです。
元夫の友人と付き合い始めてその後。

離婚のゴタゴタと誰かと久しぶりに交際を始めた緊張感で忘れていましたが、

アレが…

アレの気持ちが…

またムクムクと沸き上がってきました。

そう！
妊娠欲が！！
（こんな言葉あるのかどうか知りませんが）

何をするにものんびりゆっくりの彼。

ほとんど喋らないけど何か意見を求めると、とても誠実な答えが返ってくる彼。

そんな彼を見ていたら

「いいパパになりそうだな〜」
「この人の子供が欲しいな〜」

そう思うようになりました。

しかし、離婚からあれよあれよと言う間に月日が経ち、45歳が目前。
一番の不安は

「まだ妊娠できるのだろうか…？」

これでした。

生理はあるものの、周期が短くなっていて、高温期も短めな感じ。
量も少なくなってるような…

ってことで急いで以前お世話になっていたクリニックへ。

女医さんなので話しやすく、離婚した今の状況とやっぱり赤ちゃんが欲しい、ということを話すと
「じゃあまた頑張りましょう！」と心強い一言。

しかし内診が終わって診察室に行くと先生の顔は浮かない表情。

先生「え〜っと、さっき内診の時にポリープがあるって言いましたよね」

私「あ、はい。以前とって頂いたようなものではないんですか？」
（実は以前、子宮の入り口にポリープができていて内診で取ってもらったことがありました）

先生「それが、今回は大きくて芯があるので内診では取れませんでした。
　　　良性かどうかも調べた方がいいと思うので組織検査に回しますね。
　　　多分、良性だと思いますが、良性だとしても今の状態では子宮に避妊具を入れているのと同じで
　　　子宮の真ん中にポリープがあっては妊娠は難しいです。
　　　もし赤ちゃんを望むのであれば、なるべく早く手術した方がいいです」

私「えっ、手術ですか？もしかして、バルーンとかやるんですか？？」←そこ？（過去のトラウマ）

排卵してますけど内膜が薄いですね〜とか
ちょっと周期が短いですね〜とか

そういう話になると思っていたので意外な展開にちょっとビビり気味のわたし。

手術の説明を聞くと、

●日帰りで済む簡単な手術だが、麻酔をかけるので、当日と次の日は仕事を休まないといけない

●手術当日は麻酔でフラフラするので誰かに迎えに来てもらう必要がある

●手術の予約は平日に入れてほしい

等。

平日に二日連続で仕事を休める日で、その上誰かに迎えに来てもらわないといけない。
親や親戚は地方だし、親しい友達は皆仕事してるし、彼に頼むのがいいのだろうけど
平日仕事休むか早上がりしてもらわないといけないし…

彼に会って相談すると

「年が明けたら仕事が落ち着くから、その時でよければ」と。
自分の仕事もその頃落ち着くので、じゃあ年が明けたらまたいつがいいか相談しようってことに。

診察の結果は思っていたものと違いましたが、これをきっかけに彼と妊娠について話せました。

彼は自分の結婚や子供については現実として考えたことがなかったけど
授かれば大事に育てたいし、もちろん結婚もしたいと答えてくれました。

これは私にとってはとてもとても嬉しいことでした。

年明けまでは4ヶ月ありましたが、その間に体調を整えて妊娠に備えようと前向きな気持ちになれました。

ちなみに、検査結果は良性。
ポリープの大きさは2〜3cmと言われました。
芯があってキノコみたいな形をしていたそうです。

次は年明けの手術！？

その前に更年期？？？

亜子さんのブログを読んでいつも沢山、勇気をもらってます。
最近、生理が遅れてて…
でも基礎体温があまりに低くて、
でももしかしたら。って思いながら、
でも期待すると落胆が大きいし、

でも②って、ズル②して、
思い切って妊検したら

…陰性でした。

そうじゃないかと思ってたもん、別に、別に。。。
でもガマンしてたコーヒーも、ちっとも飲みたくない
悲しいけど、泣いたら主人を困らせる。。

「お友達を連れてきてってお願いしたのに」「七夕も神社もお願いしたのに」と他力本願の私、また痛い検査するのかな。とコッソリ落ち込もうとする私に
「そうか、まだ②愛情スキンシップが足りないか」
とあっけらかんとした主人＝.＝；

妊検の結果は思ったものではなかったけれど旦那選びは間違ってなかったみたいですっ。
また更新楽しみにしていますね＾0＾
